​My name is Malika Ferry, I have been registered as clinical psychologist since 2009, I'm a wife, mum of two wonderful kids, keen on adventures and learning new things. My qualifications include - BA, Psych (Honours), MPsych (Clinical), Psychology Board Approved Supervisor, & Member of the APS. Registration PSY0001655275.

​Therapy Types:

I specialise in trauma informed care, culturally responsive, attachment-based approaches, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Positive Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. These tools are effective in helping clients to move past upsetting memories, limiting beliefs & tapping into strengths and potential.

  • Newington, Sydney 

  • Online - Microsoft Teams Video Conference

Fees:

If you are presenting as a private client, no referral letter is required.

  • The cost of an appointment with Malika is $220 (per 50 mins via Telehealth) or $240 (per 50 min for in person sessions), which is payable at the end of the session by direct debit/autopayment via Halaxy, or direct deposit (payment must be received at least 24 hours before each appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled).

  • Initial psychology/coaching appointments with Malika: 90 mins ($260 via Telehealth; $280 in office); or 60 mins ($230 via Telehealth; $250 in office).

Jane Bensen

Jane Benson is a Mental Health Coach and is also a mum. Jane is powered by love, laundry and lots of coffee. As a dedicated life coach, Jane specialises in helping individuals identify and achieve personal goals by overcoming barriers and leveraging their unique strengths. Jane's coaching covers a broad spectrum, from finding life balance, passion, and joy, to navigating toxic workplaces and relationships. Jane provides guidance on developing effective communication skills, creating routines that include exercise and mindfulness, and understanding neurodiversity and mental health challenges. Whether it's helping parents of neurodiverse children, reducing substance use, or overcoming fears such as public speaking or social anxiety, Jane is here to support your journey toward a fulfilling life.

Jane is passionate about empowering others using her degree of Therapeutic Recreation and Masters of Primary Education. She has plenty of experience leading teams as a health professional and has 15 years’ experience coaching others to fulfill their potential through her training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Sensory Modulation, CBT, ACT, behavioural interventions for Autism, Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Goal Setting, and MI.
